Motown Mission Participant Information Form | This form is your one-stop-shop for all the information we need to have on hand while your youth is with us.  Please fill it out, attach a copy of you medical insurance information, and send it back to us.  Some groups will collect all their forms and send them together, but whichever way you do it - be sure to send them in! 

Grown In Detroit (The Movie) | If you are looking for some video to learn more about the kinds of work and partners that Motown Mission engages with, please watch this movie.  While we aren't exclusively doing urban farming, the folks at Grown In Detroit have an ongoing relationship with Detroit residents and are partnering to help give them sustainable lives - particularly for young teenage mothers.  There are other Detroit documentaries that focus a lot on abandoned buildings and we think this one tells a more accurate story of the lives of the people we serve.
